  • Full core refund given upon return of core within 90 days
  • ½ core refund given when:
    • Core is or has previously been disassembled
    • Core has a broken/damaged housing or camshaft
    • Core has a "seized" or cracked head
    • Core is returned between 3 months and 6 months
  • Fire damaged cores will be inspected for core value
  • Missing parts will be charged against the core
  • Cores not like for like will be inspected for their core value
  • No core credit after 6 months

Nozzles

  • Full core refund given upon return of core within 90 days
  • ½ core credit when
    • Core is returned between 3 months and 6 months
  • No core credit after 6 months
  • Any nozzle body damage rendering it NOT reusable will have no core credit value.

Turbo Charger

  • Full core refund given upon return of core within 90 days (must be complete with both housings attached)
  • ½ core credit when
    • Core is returned between 3 months and 6 months
  • No core credit after 6 months
  • Where core charge is $100.00
    • No core credit when core has been removed improperly; such as torching
  • Where core charge is $200.00
    • No core credit when core has been removed improperly, such as torching
    • ½ core credit when
      • Either housing is damaged and not reusable or
      • Either wheel is damaged and not reusable
  • Where core charge is $300.00 or $400.00
    • Full core credit when both housings are reusable
    • ½ core credit when only 1 housing is reusable
    • No core credit when neither housing is reusable
  • Where core charge is $450.00
    • Full core credit when both housings AND wheels are reusable
    • 1/3 ($150.00) NOT refundable if compressor housing not reusable
    • 1/3 ($150.00) NOT refundable if turbine housing not reusable
    • 1/3 ($150.00) NOT refundable if either turbine wheel or compressor wheel not reusable
  • Where core charge is $600.00
    • No core credit when core has been removed improperly, such as torching
    • ½ core credit when
      • Either housing is damaged and not reusable or
      • Either wheel is damaged and not reusable
