| Injection nozzle(s) stuck open - slow dilution | Test/replace injection nozzle(s) * Treat fuel with fuel conditioners such as Stanadyne lubricity formula | 
| Engine valve train components malfunction i.e. broken rocker arm or bent push rod ect. | Repair the necessary engine components |
